Artist Statement Solace. Serenity. Comfort. These are feelings I hope to inspire in each person who views my paintings. I want the vivid colors to excite and captivate, yet have the images be strangely soothing at the same time. I’d love for the viewer to tap into in the incredible excitement of being alive and able to create every day. Possibly to motivate others in whatever medium or capacity that calls to them, and share with all the joy and abundance of our lives on earth. In each painting, I strive to reveal universal truths. Not only to celebrate nature in all its shapes and disguises, but also to give ‘voice’ to the rising consciousness of our age.
